From 1971 to 1988 Sandy owned and operated a women and children’s retail clothing stores. In 1983, she became a licensed real estate agent, but actually became active in 1989. Her business background enhanced her ability to assist commercial and home buyers/sellers.
A commitment to service and placing the wishes and needs of customers/clients first has enabled Sandy to develop a wide base of satisfied clients and many wonderful friendships. After these many years, she has maintained the same determination to assist buyers in finding the "right property" to fulfill their wants and needs.

Jessica resides in Oakland with her husband Daniel and 2 children Samantha (10) & Brycen(3).
Jessica, as a native of Garrett County, has grown up enjoying all Garrett Coutnty has to offer. She and her daughter Sam often enjoy the slopes at Wisp Ski Resort. Soon her son Brycen will join them. She has been activley involved in Real Estate for 7 years assisting her father, Rich Orr. Jessica speicalizes in graphic design and marketing.
